Thank you for joining Pup Treat Club.Because our membership provides immediate access to digital content, recipe vaults, printable recipe cards, and member resources, all purchases are generally considered final.

Digital Products & Membership Access

Upon successful purchase, members receive immediate access to premium digital content.Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, we do not generally provide refunds for:

• Membership subscriptions

• Trial memberships

• Digital content

• Recipe vault access

• Printable recipe cards

• Downloadable resources

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time.Cancellation prevents future billing but does not result in a refund for charges that have already been processed.After cancellation, access will remain available until the end of your current billing period.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us as soon as possible.We will review all billing concerns individually and work to resolve legitimate billing issues.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, please contact us immediately.We reserve the right to investigate all claims before issuing any refund or adjustment.

Exceptional Circumstances

While refunds are generally not provided, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.Approval of any refund request is not guaranteed.
