$1 Trial

If you’re not satisfied, email [email protected]  within 7 days of your trial purchase, and we’ll refund your $1 — no questions asked.

Monthly Subscription

After the 3-day trial, your membership renews automatically at $9.99/month.
Subscriptions are non-refundable once billed but can be canceled anytime before the next renewal.

How to Cancel

You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]  with your account email and the subject line “Cancel PupTreatClub.” Or log in to your membership area and go to Library → Profile → Payments → Cancel Subscription.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared, please check your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
